Your role will be to help make sure these homes are safe and maintained to a high standard for the people who live in them. You will be working on properties across Hackney, some of these homes will be occupied but you will also be helping us prepare others for their new occupants.

A reasonable level of fitness is required as some of the work is physically demanding, you may need to climb ladders and lift heavy objects. To be able to do this work, you need to have a NVQ or City & Guilds qualification and/or relevant experience in your specific trade.  You will also need to have IT skills as you may be using a hand held device to record your work.
