Full Time and Part Time roles

7.5 hours to 36 hours, Scale 2 (£25776 per annum, Pro Rata)

We are currently looking to recruit Hygiene Operatives. These roles are on a full-time and part-time, permanent basis, initially, the roles will cover all aspects of services provided by Internal Building Cleaning including Office Cleaning, mobile cleaning, and deep cleaning. Post holders will be expected to cover early morning, day, evening, and night shifts as directed by Line Managers, and to take part in the weekend working rota, as well as Bank Holidays and special events.

You should have previous experience in delivering a high standard of work with a good level of productivity is essential, along with the ability to work under pressure and deal with difficult situations.  The various rotas and shifts can be seen in the attachment.

You should

  • – Proven experience in Cleaning
  • – The ability to operate rotary machines, carpet machines, and in general cleaning equipment
  • – Be willing to travel to different locations within the borough
