As a Sales & Marketing Support Officer, you’ll be supporting the marketing and sale of properties for shared ownership and outright sale using the Council’s in-house brand, Hackney Sales. Your role will strike a balance between a creative and commercial focus alongside the Council’s social purpose – helping the team deliver first-class customer service to residents interested in buying new-build homes by doing everything from creating social media and website content, compiling sales packs, arranging promotional events and updating important statutory records.
You’ll come to us with a track record in a dynamic sales or property administration environment, successfully co-ordinating services to ensure smooth delivery. You will have exceptional organisational and IT skills, a methodical approach and be willing to be flexible. You’ll also have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be confident dealing with customers and stakeholders.
You will also have a track record of successfully engaging with colleagues and third-party professionals – building positive and productive working relationships. This role is particularly suited to those with experience or obvious enthusiasm for working within the property sales industry in either the public or private sector.
