We’re looking for a Senior Strategic Planning and Innovation Officer to play a lead role in the digitisation of Hackney’s Strategic Planning function. You may be looking for your next career move and a promotion into a more senior role, or a senior officer wanting greater responsibility and an opportunity to be involved in some of the exciting projects coming forward across the Borough. You will have the ability to guide the production of planning and design guidance, support the preparation of robust strategic policies and advise on emerging regeneration programmes.
The successful candidate will have strong communication and supervisory skills and the ability to engage and work in partnership with a wide range of groups from across the Borough, including residents, businesses, and community groups. You will be confident in developing positive and proactive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
