You will be joining our planning service at an exciting time. We have just finished the examination hearings on our new borough-wide Local Plan 2033 and are now moving on to the delivery phase, developing masterplans for each of our growth areas.
As a qualified town planner you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects including: the RTPI award winning Stamford Hill Area Action Plan, our Future Shoreditch Plan and new supplementary planning documents, all designed to deliver our strategic vision to ensure that Hackney is a place where everyone has the opportunity to benefit from growth.
These positions offer excellent opportunities for career progression and the starting salary will depend on experience of the successful candidate.
