FREE Confidential Counselling & Advice

All Council employees, including agency staff, can use the free, independent and confidential counselling and advisory services provided through our Employee Assistance Programme, Workplace Options.

You can get practical information, factsheets and packs, referrals to services in your local area and telephone-based or face-to-face counselling.

The service is strictly confidential. You will only be asked to identify that you work for Hackney and to confirm the directorate you work for – this is purely for statistical purposes.
