At Hackney Council we have an ambitious vision to make the borough fairer and safer, greener and healthier and a great place for every child to grow up.  To help deliver that vision, we are developing a cross-council transformation programme supported by a brand new team.  

The team will work with colleagues across the council to deliver improved services for residents.  Our programme is in development and we will work flexibly so you will work on a varied range of projects.  Our current areas of focus include:

– Securing better community outcomes by preventing problems developing and reducing demand

– Driving up residents experience of contacting and working with the council 

– Modernising how we work ensuring we are efficient and high performing 

In this role, you’ll be leading the business analysis activity for new and redesigned services to understand requirements and identify opportunities to serve our residents better. You will have experience of as a business analyst in multidisciplinary teams to design, test and build services and improve existing service delivery ideally in a public sector context.
