Deputy Head of Service and Principal Therapy Lead – Adult Services

An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and innovative Occupational Therapist to lead and develop the Occupational Therapy, Tech and Enabled Living and Mobility Team at the London Borough of Hackney.We are currently seeking a dedicated Principal Therapy Lead within Adult Social Care who is eager to lead with strategic vision and a passion for preventative care. We are an innovative team, developing new ways of working to meet the increasing demands and supports Hackney residents aged 18 +

About you:

For this role, you will need:

• To be a qualified and experienced Occupational Therapist and a member of the RCOT.
• An understanding of adult social care in a wide range of community and hospital settings.
• To be conversant with equipment, aids, and adaptations.
• The ability to work effectively with partners and maintain strong relationships.
