Early Help Practitioner – Early Help Hub (MASH) – Children & Families Service
We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Early Help Practitioner to join our expanding Early Help Hub within the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH).

As part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring children and families receive the right support, at the right time, and at the right level, this role plays an integral part in our early intervention strategy. You will collaborate with colleagues across the Early Help Hub and work in partnership with a range of agencies to strengthen referral pathways into both Council-led and voluntary/community sector early help services.
We are looking for someone with strong early help experience, a solid understanding of safeguarding and thresholds, and a real passion for delivering high-quality, impactful services that improve outcomes for children and families in our borough.
What We’re Looking For:
– Proven experience of working in early help or family support settings
– Commitment to delivering high standards of care and intervention
– Ability to build effective partnerships with professionals and families alike
– A child-centred, strengths-based approach in all areas of practice
An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
