12 Month Fixed Contract/Secondment Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available within the Maintenance Contract Management Team for the role of Maintenance Contract Technical Support.
This role presents an opportunity to help shape the future of property maintenance across the Council’s Strategic Property Portfolio. The role involves supporting the Maintenance Contract Strategy & Planning Manager and taking a proactive role in the effective management of maintenance operations across all Hackney Council sites. The estate comprises around 600 properties, including buildings in various sectors, including commercial offices, libraries, community halls, temporary accommodation and the voluntary sector. This does not include housing properties.
In this role, you will apply your knowledge of Hard FM contracts to coordinate, lead and manage the support aspects of the built environment. You will provide a range of specialist and generalist administrative assistance to support effective service delivery and work closely with a variety of stakeholders throughout the Council.
In this vital role, you’ll contribute to the effective management of maintenance operations across all Hackney Council sites, ensuring a safe and compliant environment for our property occupants. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate property maintenance records, managing contract budgets, and liaising with key stakeholders. If you have a sound knowledge of building budgets, experience overseeing data management for asset or compliance activities, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply and help us maximise value and minimise risk across our diverse estate
