As a Planning Assistant, you will work with experienced colleagues on a wide range of projects in the Delivery, Development Management & Enforcement, and Strategic Planning teams. Your work will initially involve monitoring of planning obligations, work on the distribution of planning obligations for infrastructure projects, or supporting our Development Management & Enforcement teams including on decision making.
We are looking for an individual who is team focused and dedicated to the delivery of high quality services in tight timeframes. You should have a good eye for detail and excellent communication skills. The ability to engage with a range of stakeholders, prepare clear and concise reports and occasionally step out of your comfort zone with the support of the team would be definite advantages for this post.
