We are looking for one Scheme Manager for our Care Quality Commission-regulated Housing with Care Scheme.
Housing with Care schemes provide housing that is primarily designed for people aged 55 plus who have both housing, support, and care needs. Registered landlords provide the accommodation, for which service users hold a tenancy to their flat, and the CQC-regulated care is provided by London Borough of Hackney staff.
Solutions focussed, enthusiastic, and passionate about good quality of care provision, you will assist the Locality Managers to ensure that services meet quality standards; meet regulatory, legislative, and council requirements; are innovative; empower service users; and are constantly developing.
You will need to be able to manage as well as motivate staff and will directly supervise Team Leaders and lead and direct the Team working within and across a dispersed area. You will assist the Locality Managers in providing clear leadership.
You will need to have excellent communication skills, an ability to build strong relationships and a professional demeanour that generates confidence.
This is a busy post and tasks are varied. You will need to be able to prioritise and meet deadline,s and can switch from task to task to meet demands.

Applicants must be available and willing to take part in an out-of-hours on-call rota. Additionally, some working outside of traditional business hours will be required.
