Hackney Education Early Years team is dedicated, forward-thinking and committed to providing exceptional support and guidance to early years settings and schools in Hackney. Our mission is to empower educators to create an enriching environment where every child can thrive. We are looking to recruit someone to join our amazing team and help continue to achieve positive outcomes for children in Hackney.

As a Senior Early Years Consultant with us, you will play a pivotal role in influencing the educational landscape for young minds in Hackney. Your responsibilities will include:

– Providing tailored guidance to educators on curriculum development.

– Strengthening leadership capacity in Early Years settings

– Delivering engaging and informative training sessions for early years professionals. Conducting thorough assessments of early years settings.

– Collaborating to foster a holistic approach to child development.

– Staying abreast of the latest research and trends in early childhood education.

Our aim is for all EYFS settings to be filled with motivated adults and curious learners, with inclusive environments and curriculum stimulating and exciting so children are confident, independent and skilled for the future. Hackney Education supports managers and staff from the Private, Voluntary and Independent sector schools, as well as in our primary and maintained nursery schools, to ensure this is the case.

An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
